Our work in missions means giving our time and resources to better the lives of those in need in our community and our world.

Locally, we contribute food and items to the Iowa County Food Bank.  Additionally, First Prebyterian is the headquarters of the Iowa County Ministerial Association which assists people by helping with emergency needs such as payment of utility bills and rental deposits.

Our Angel Ministries Programs provide services such as meals, transportation, visits and assistance in moving items.

Many of the youth and adults participate in a mission trip each summer to the Mountain T.O.P. program in the Cumberland Mountains of Tennessee.  

Internationally, we collect money to assist the Parquelandia Presbyterian Church of Brazil.

Throughout the year we have special offerings for programs that help people both in the United States and around the world.
